The Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho-Daimon hotel is a business hotel with basic amenities. If you're looking for a luxurious experience, this is not the hotel for you. But if you want a good and comfortable place to use as a base for exploring Tokyo, this is the perfect hotel because: 1- It's located on a very quiet street; you can hardly hear any noise except for an occasional siren (there's a hospital nearby), but the noise is so low that it won't disturb you. 2- The hotel staff is amazing, very kind and super helpful! 3- The breakfast was delicious with both Japanese and some Western food options. The only drawback is that it could be a bit repetitive, but I still highly recommend it. 4- The room was clean, the hot bathtub was relaxing, and the bed was super comfortable. 5- Incredibly convenient location, approximately an 8-minute walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station and the Monorail (very easy to get here from Haneda Airport). Daimon and Onarimon Stations are also very close. This means you can go to pretty much everywhere in Tokyo from this location. Exploring the area around is also very satisfying, with numerous restaurants, coffees, convenience stores as well as the Tokyo Tower which is about just 13min walk. In summary, an excellent hotel for those who want to wake up early, enjoy a good and tasty breakfast, explore Tokyo, and return late in the evening. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Staying in Minato was great! It was less busy than the other suburbs of Tokyo. We found it really central and used the train lines frequently to get around. It was easy to get to from Narita airport, especially when you’re slightly overwhelmed with the transport when you’re using it for the first time. Rooms were small, but you got used to it really quickly. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Room was super clean, it had air conditioning, which was a savior on the hot August days. Everything was great and I’d recommend staying here if you’re a tourist visiting Tokyo for the first time. Thanks so much! Breakfast was also really nice, a good combination of food :)

Room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice view of the Mori Building in Azabudai Hills from my window. The location is great - close to subway and Yamanote Line. I liked the breakfast buffet and the information corner by the entrance that featured information about the Hamamatsucho area. I will keep the booklets and brochures for reference. The staff was very nice to hold our luggage after checkout, until we were ready to go to the airport. I realize we might have caused a bit of meiwaku because we had 8 people and a lot of luggage. (Sumimasen!) But I very much appreciated the staff holding our luggage.

The hotel is located not far away from the metro station. The rooms are small but they are equiped with everything you need. You can control temperature in the room and decide whether you need the full room cleaning or just towel changes. The hotel serves breakfast every morning and if you're not familiar with asian food you can chose some european style food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you have an adapter or you can ask for a cabel to charge your phone at the reception.

The hotel is clean with amenities available. The breakfasts are very tasty with lots of various food you can get. Of course Japanese food. The staff is very helpful. WiFi works OK but sometimes disconnects. Bed is very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location - lots of places to eat but quiet. It's very close to Daimon metro station and Hamamatsucho JR station. It is very easy to commute anywhere. There are quite a few combini supermarkets nearby. It is very close to Tokyo Tower.
