It was close to a underground metro station. Check in was automated with a machine. The room was clean and cozy. When you enter the room the TV displays a cozy screen and sounds that are relaxing

Location was really very good, Daimon area has many restaurants, Daimon station has direct connection to airport. Very clean. Absolute privacy if you use chech-in, check-out mashine.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us even before our arrival helping us with a few issues we had beforehand. When I mentioned that I’m claustrophobic, they were more than happy to accommodate us in a brighter room with a large window, which made all the difference. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. From face masks to a hair iron, they provide literally everything you might need. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and left feeling fully satisfied. Highly recommended!

All the stuff were AMAZING! Couldn’t ask for better. Polite, educated, respectful and very happy to help. The location is more than perfect, you can go anywhere, literally anywhere, from max 10 minutes walk to a lot of different stations around.

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts and a lot of little extras, such as tea and coffee for free along with additional hygiene products and very comfy pajamas. The room service was also very good, staff did everything to meet (and exceed) our expectations. If I ever have a chance to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely want to stay here.

The hotel is clean with amenities available. The breakfasts are very tasty with lots of various food you can get. Of course Japanese food. The staff is very helpful. WiFi works OK but sometimes disconnects. Bed is very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location - lots of places to eat but quiet. It's very close to Daimon metro station and Hamamatsucho JR station. It is very easy to commute anywhere. There are quite a few combini supermarkets nearby. It is very close to Tokyo Tower.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was so convenient to go to Daimon, Onarimon and Shinbashi stations. The hotel offers many amenities, which helped a lot as I ran out of moisturizer on our trip.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was clean and the location was great. Located right next to daimon station which has oedo and asakusa lines making it easy to get to from the airport and very close to hamatsucho station for the yamanote line which is undoubtedly the most useful line out of all the tokyo lines.

Staying in Minato was great! It was less busy than the other suburbs of Tokyo. We found it really central and used the train lines frequently to get around. It was easy to get to from Narita airport, especially when you’re slightly overwhelmed with the transport when you’re using it for the first time. Rooms were small, but you got used to it really quickly. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Room was super clean, it had air conditioning, which was a savior on the hot August days. Everything was great and I’d recommend staying here if you’re a tourist visiting Tokyo for the first time. Thanks so much! Breakfast was also really nice, a good combination of food :)
